Széchenyi Spa Full-Day Admission with Optional Tasting
Relax at the internationally known Széchenyi spa in Budapest combined with a tasting options inside the Hungarian Gastro Cellar and learn about the history and culture of Hungary through the country’s famous spirit „Pálinka”.
During this program, you will have the chance to blow off some steam at the pools of Széchenyi Spa (built in 1913), which is Europe’s largest healing bath with’15 indoor and 3 outdoor pools. Pools are of varying temperatures, between 18 and 40 °C (64 and 100 °F), and a complex covering 6220 square meters (67,000 sq ft) also includes saunas and steam baths.
But the experience doesn’t end at the spa; it extends into the heart of Hungarian culture with tasting options inside the Hungarian Gastro Cellar.
Enjoy a tasting of your choice (Pálinka or wine) while reading about real Hungarian curiosities in the guest lounge. In the guest area we have added written elements to the space so you can not only learn about Hungarian drinks during your visit, but also read about many of our traditional things. And once you’ve read all about it, a showroom awaits you, offering a truly unforgettable experience for those interested. Here you can travel back to a real little Hungarian village! You will find Hungarian folk dance costumes, horse-drawn carriages, wagons, wells and other small accessories. Perfect equipment for a great photo or video, without which no trip is complete! Its’ birth, tradition, and history are inseparably connected to Hungary.
